What equipment do I need to use Shipi?
All you need is a computer with a web browser and a USB barcode scanner. Any standard scanner that works in keyboard mode will work. We recommend the Netum C990 or similar for best results.
How does the Keepa integration work?
When you scan a product, Shipi fetches real-time pricing data from Keepa including Buy Box price, sales rank, 90-day average price, and seller count. This helps you make informed sourcing decisions. Free users get limited Keepa lookups; Pro users get 500 lookups per month.
Can I print FNSKU labels with Shipi?
Yes! Shipi automatically generates and prints 2"x1" FNSKU labels when you scan products. Labels include the barcode, FNSKU text, product title, and a "New" badge. You'll need a thermal label printer like the DYMO LabelWriter 450 for best results.
How do I import my product catalog?
You can import your catalog in two ways: (1) Connect your Amazon Seller Central account to sync your FBA inventory automatically, or (2) Upload a CSV/Excel file with columns for SKU, FNSKU, ASIN, EAN, and Product Name.
What marketplaces does Shipi support?
Shipi supports 6 Amazon marketplaces: US, UK, Germany, France, Japan, and Canada. Each shipment is assigned to a specific marketplace, and all pricing data is fetched in the local currency.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Your data is stored securely and is completely isolated from other users. We use industry-standard encryption for all data transmission, and your Amazon credentials are stored using secure OAuth tokens - we never see your password.
How does hazmat box separation work?
When you scan a hazmat product, Shipi automatically detects it and prompts you to create a separate box for hazmat items. This ensures compliance with Amazon's FBA requirements for shipping hazardous materials.
Can I export my shipment data?
Yes, you can export box contents as Excel files with detailed information including FNSKU, SKU, Title, ASIN, Quantity, COG, Fees, Buy Box Price, and Net Profit for each item.
